about me

I was born a storyteller. From an early age I was passionate about stories and was almost never seen without a book in my hands. Upon seeing my first play, I fell in love with idea of seeing stories come to life on stage and then marvelled at the wonder of film, amazed at the possibilities of bringing the worlds in my imagination to life in the ‘real’ world for audiences to enjoy. I knew, without a doubt, that creating and writing stories for performance was my deepest dream and desire.

However, it was not until after a career in Social Welfare that I became fully committed to my passion of telling stories with purpose. I am now a screenwriter & playwright who writes with women at the heart, exploring the often-untold and unexplored in uncommon ways. My award-winning stories are unique, innovative & imaginative narratives that highlight and interrogate the reality of women’s lived experiences, evoking empathetic connection—creating both impact & change.

I have been delighted by audiences visceral reactions to my work and am thankful for the daily opportunity to use my storytelling for worthwhile purposes as a Marketing & Communications Coordinator for a Non-For-Profit.
